On this page are the results and comments from the Eagle Mayoral and City Council Candidate Poll that closed on 10/24, presented in two separate pdf files. Thanks to everyone who responded to this survey, and don’t forget to cast your ballot on November 7th. Representatives of SOS Eagle will be present at the upcoming Election 2023 Citizens’ Town Hall Meeting on Friday, 11/3 at 7:00 p.m. at Eagle Middle School. Candidates for Mayor, City Council, and West Ada School District have all been invited. We hope to see you there!

  1. I agree with the comment that they wish for the days of bipartisanship.
    Those that vote down the line R or D do candidates and Eagle a disservice. If a disfavorable candidate is elected just because they fall under one or the other party majority and then they fail to meet constituent expectations, that voter has noone to blame but themselves. Peel the layers back and find out more about these candidates. Do the due diligence.

  2. I have lived in Eagle for 35 years. I have a pretty good idea what has worked and what hasn’t. Pierce and majority council have been disingenuous to say the least. I see nothing positive coming from the “Upper Eagle” annexation. I cannot reward the mayor with my vote after all that has transpired in his tenure. After all, we will have to live with these decisions long after this mayor is gone and and living in…..upper eagle. Time to stop the bleeding.
